Shipping is free anywhere in Canada. Please call us to arrange international shipping.
Using Canada Post, shipping takes just one to two days anywhere in Canada. We also use FedEx Express to send packages even faster!
We guarantee you'll be 100% satisfied with your diamond or jewellery purchase. If not, simply return it within 10 days for a full refund.
Returns Policy
No purchase is complete until you are satisfied. Our products are of the finest quality and we are sure you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return diamonds or jewellery, please call 1‑866‑622‑3314 for a return authorization.
Diamonds and jewellery will be accepted for return within 10 days of your receipt. You will receive a complete refund. When returning diamonds or jewellery, please make sure to package it with all tags and in the same condition it was received. Please send all returns to:
