Enclosed in every diamond order will be your GEM-SCAN Jewellery Appraisal Portfolio. In it you will find a detailed description of your diamond along with a replacement value for insurance purposes. (Remember, GEM-SCAN is accepted by all major Canadian Insurance Companies).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it or refund the purchase price in full. Please note that in order to process any returns you must contact our offices within 10 days of receipt of your purchase and obtain a return authorization number from us. No returns will be accepted without one. After examination and reappraisal of your authorized return the purchase price will be refunded promptly.
